Abstract submission will start on March 1^st, 2017 and will be opened until June 1^st, 2017.

Submission for for poster presentations will be opened until June 12^th, 2017.

Please note that accuracy of the abstract is responsibility of the author(s) and no changes will be possible after the submission deadline. All accepted abstracts will be allocated to either oral or poster presentations (the authors will be informed by June 15th, 2017).

All contributions should be presented by a registered author. A maximum of 2 contributions can be presented by each author.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

Authors of accepted contributions are invited to submit manuscripts for publication in Journal of Instrumentation (JINST)

Manuscript submission to JINST will be opened on Sep 15th and will close on Dec 29th 2017. Instruction for submission will be provided soon.
